Guidelines
As members of the Villages at Tower Oaks Homeowners Association, homeowners are expected to comply with and conduct themselves in accordance with the Villages Declaration of Covenants, bylaws, rules and regulations as well as those of the state, county and city. The Villages has in place specific requirements regarding parking, pet control, noise control, exterior architectural changes, and others. Note that in some cases, state, county and city laws and ordinances supercede those of the Villages.
