Where Can My Guests Park?
Guests can park in any of the designated guest spots. Please note that it is illegal to park anywhere in the development except for resident driveways and designated guest spots.  The streets are designated as fire lanes, and therefore any cars parked on the street are subject to immediate towing. Residents are urged to not use these spaces as parking spots are limited.


When is the trash picked up?
Trash is picked up on Monday and Thursday mornings. Recyclables are collected in designated blue bins on Thursday only.


What High Speed Internet Options are available to us?
The only high-speed internet access currently available is cable modem. DSL is not available in the neighborhood and is not likely to be available due to our location from the closest node. There are plans to lay fiber optic cable to all homes within the next two years.


Who is responsible for snow removal?
The HOA is responsible for snow removal of all streets and sidewalks. Residents are responsible for cleaning their driveways.


What color can I paint my door?
Doors must be painted the original color that they currently are. Contact the board if the precise colors are not yet posted on this web site. If you would like to change the color of your door, you must obtain approval from the Architecture Committee (ACC).


Who takes care of the flowers and grass?
The HOA contracts with a landscaper to take care of all common area flowers, trees and grass.  Residents are responsible for any their front, back and side yards.  Our vendor is responsible for the corner front and side grass.


How much is my home worth?
The web site will soon have a section that will list recent sale prices for homes in the neighborhood.


Are there any community events in Tower Oaks?

What new construction is planned around our neighborhood?
A new office and hotel complex has recently been approved immediately across our neighborhood at the southeast corner of Tower Oaks and Wooton Parkway. Construction is expected to begin in 2006.


How can I participate?
The HOA appreciates and welcomes any help from residents. We welcome your participation on our various committees listed on the home page.  Please contact any of the board members with your ideas, suggestions or comments. Elections for the board are held annually and all residents are welcome to run.

The web site has been created so that community residents can have easy access to information about the Villages at Tower Oaks.  We hope that the web site will also enhance the quality of life in the village.

How much does the website cost the HOA?
The web site costs $19.95 a month to host on Yahoo as well as about $1,000 each year for technical support.  All of the work has been done by volunteers from the Homeowners association board.  The web site name costs $4.95 annually.
