Formal Board of Directors meetings will be decided by the board chairperson. Typically, there will be at least one board meeting every quarter.

The Annual Meeting will typically occur in late April or early May. These meetings are open to all residents of The Village at Tower Oaks. From time to time ,the Board or subgroups of the Board may meet to deal with issues that need to be addressed before the next scheduled open meeting.
