The Village at Tower Oaks is a community of 136 premiere townhomes in an optimal location. Pepco “Energy Wise Rewards” - a FREE program that can save you up to $80 annually with an $80 immediate award also save energy and go greener! You should have recently received a flyer in the mail from Pepco, please read it - this is not an ad to buy a thermostat. If you agree to have Pepco "cycle" your air conditioner from June - October you can get an $80 annual rebate (credits are awarded and prorated monthly June through October) plus an $80 immediate installation credit.They install (for free) either a) a programmable thermostat in your home that you can program manually or remotely through the internet, or b) a small device on the outside of your house near your central A/C unit. You have to be home for option a, but not for option b. New Recycling Guidelines - Montgomery County will accept many more types of plastics for recycling such as plastic flower pots, kitty litter containers, yogurt, and margarine/butter tubs.
